Zebra Cottage

Our off-grid cottage for nature lovers! A few kilometers drive from our yard Zebra cottage lies remotely behind a hill on our reserve. Experience wildlife up close and disconnect for a while on this adventure. Solar power provides electricity and running water is given. The house has a 2-plate gas hob and a fridge/freezer combo. The fireplace, hot tub and braai makes this place extra cozy.

  • Equipped kitchen with 2 burner gas cooker and gas freezer-fridge combo

  • Braai wood, Firelighters & Matches (also available for sale in our shop)
  • Food, spices & drinks (nearest grocery store – 40 km)
  • Toiletries
  • Warm clothes (even on hot days – nights get cold)
  • Enough fuel – (nearest petrol station – 30km – Touwsriver)
  • Recommended: torch/flashlight & binoculars

  • No cell phone coverage on the Reserve
  • Wifi is available in the yard (not at the house)
  • A reservoir is held as natural pool that you can use
  • Parking available close to each house
  • Game Drives are available on the Reserve
  • We have a jungle gym and trampolines for kids
  • Please note we do charge a fee in case of breakages
